Not quite what you were expecting? Breathe easy, we'll take it back!

We hope that you love all your purchases from Johnny's Girl Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Items purchased with DISCOUNT or during a SALE are FINAL SALE.

Other items that are FINAL SALE include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, holiday dresses, graphic tee's, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, face masks, etc, will Not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopjohnnysgirl@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
