RETURN PROCESS
Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring newness into our store daily. Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 14 days.
Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. ALL TAGS must be attached and receipt must be present. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Items purchased with DISCOUNT or during a SALE are FINAL SALE.
Other items that are FINAL SALE include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, holiday dresses, graphic tee's, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear and will NOT be accepted.
Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order if ordered online and photos must be provided.
